National standard fire fighters


National standard fire fighters to implement GA6-2004 standard, with non slip, anti smashing, anti radiation, anti cutting, anti puncture, flame retardant, heat insulation, resistance to voltage, oil, acid and alkali resistance, etc..


1. Insulation: imported Niubulang, heat insulation cold water has waterproof function. The 30min is heated in the experiment, the surface temperature rise inside the shoe is not higher than 22 DEG (6.1 C).
2. Layer: flame retardant by using a reversing gear design, skid resistance test, initial slip angle is greater than or equal to 15 DEG.
3. The flame retardant layer: whole boots and boots are used imported natural rubber, by the sole fire retardant formulations refining, with good flame retardant performance, the flame-retardant properties can reach FV-0 (good to the national standard of Fv-1); and with oil resistant and acid and alkali resistance.
4. Insulation layer: in a puncture proof layer above increased a layer not less than 16000v anti voltage materials, breakdown voltage is equal to or larger than 5000v, leakage current < 3mA.
5. Anti smashing layer: use high-quality steel, Baotou, toe respectively by 10.78KN hydrostatic pressure test and quality 23kg impact hammer, falling height is 300mm after the impact test, the clearance height is greater than or equal to 15mm.
6. Puncture proof layer: use stainless steel in the end, at a concentration of 0.25% sodium chloride aqueous solution after 48h contacting corrosion; puncture resistance is greater than or equal to 1100N.
7. Anti cutting layer: the boot surface by the total quality of (800 + 5) g of the knife cutting is not punctured.
8. Anti radiation permeability: boots, the radiative heat flux for (10 + 1) kW / m2, and after 1 min of irradiation, in the form of temperature rise is less than or equal to 22 degrees C (7.0 DEG C).
9. Resistance to acid and alkali resistance: immersion in the temperature of 23 C + 2 C + C, 3.7mol/L of sodium hydroxide solution 70h + 2h, no significant changes in the physical mechanical properties.
10. Oil resistance: in the temperature of 23 C + 2 degrees Celsius in the standard oil soaked in 24h, the volume change in the -2%~+10% range.
